Can I try out the care without committing to a membership?
Yes! A single visit with a starting fee of $200 is possible for acute / chronic medical needs.
Re-enrollment after termination of service is on a case-by-case basis and may require a re-enrollment fee.

Other Prices

Lab (blood work), medications, medical supplies are offered at our clinic at deeply discounted prices. We believe in price transparency. You will know the cost in advance before any blood draw or medications are given.

Labs, medications, imaging, procedures and/or any tests that are performed OUTSIDE of our office (available only for members) will be referred to independent facilities that either accept the patient's insurance or provide negotiated discounts for self-pay patients. It is recommended that you contact your insurance to confirm coverage at independent facilities.
