  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • WHAT IS DIRECT PRIMARY CARE?

  • Direct primary care, otherwise known as DPC, is a way of providing healthcare then eliminates third parties in a relationship between the doctor and the patient. A more direct relationship removes the inefficiencies that typically causes healthcare to be very expensive. Because of this, DPC is typically very affordable, very convenient, and available to almost anyone.

  • IF I DON’T GO TO THE DOCTOR VERY OFTEN, IS A SIMPLY HEALTH DP3 MEMBERSHIP STILL BENEFICIAL TO ME?

  • Absolutely.  Everyone benefits from a doctor patient relationship that is tailored directly to them. Even if you haven't seen your doctor in the last year, it still makes sense to keep up with annual wellness visits. The savings on labs alone usually covers the cost of the membership annually.  And, the peace of mind in knowing that your doctor is available through a quick text or phone call, makes an Elite DPC membership valuable to anyone.

  • WILL I STILL NEED HEALTH INSURANCE AS A SIMPLY HEALTH DP3 MEMBER?

  • Yes.  We recommend that our patients have some type of major medical insurance plan to cover unexpected hospitalizations or specialist referrals when necessary.  We are happy to refer you to an insurance representative who can work directly with you to find an insurance policy that fits your needs.

  • ARE THERE AFFORDABLE INSURANCE OPTIONS FOR MY FAMILY OR BUSINESS?

  • Of course.  We are fortunate enough to work with leaders in the health insurance industry who are able to build custom plans that remove much of the waste and inefficiency of typical expensive insurance policies. We have been able to save families several thousand dollars annually, and businesses are saving up to 50% while receiving better healthcare.

  • I’M ON MEDICARE, CAN I STILL JOIN Simply Health DP3?

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO SEE A SPECIALIST OR I AM HOSPITALIZED?

  • In providing the best care possible with outstanding access and availability, we do everything we can to reduce hospitalizations and limit the need for referrals to medical specialists. On the rare occasion that you are hospitalized, we rely on our local hospitalists to provide the care needed while in the hospital. Your Simply Healthy DP3 doctor will work closely with the hospitalist providing care as well as working directly with specialist that may be called on from time to time.

  • ARE CHILDREN ABLE TO JOIN SIMPLY HEALTH DP3?

  • We happily accept all children from birth to 18 years of age as long as a custodial parent or grandparent is also a member.  Child membership pricing is maintained until college graduation.

  • CAN I CONTACT MY DOCTOR AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS AND ON WEEKENDS?

  • Yes!  In fact, we encourage it when necessary.  Injuries and illnesses do not always occur during normal business hours, and so you are welcome to call your physician any time of day or night on any day of the week.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A MEDICAL PROBLEM WHILE I’M OUT OF TOWN?

  • The great thing about the freedom we enjoy from the direct relationship between you and your physician at Simply Health DP3 is that we can care for you from almost anywhere at almost anytime.  Most illnesses can be managed over the phone, by text, by email, or by webcam, and we’re always happy to take care of our traveling members.

  • WILL MY MEDICAL RECORDS EVER BE SHARED WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES OR PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES?

  • We maintain painstaking standards of privacy for our patients.  We are not required to share our records with outside parties, and we will never share your records with anyone unless you specifically request that we do so.

  • HOW CAN I DETERMINE IF THE PHYSICIANS AT SIMPLY HEALTH DP3 ARE THE RIGHT DOCTORS FOR ME?
